A Guy Like Me – AMA Vintage GP Racing
I put this piece together for the American Motorcycle Association. Vintage motorcycles and racing at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course are both passions of mine, so this project was a real joy. Jordan Reid is a humble and talent racer. His passion and dedication to the sport truly impressed me.
Bard “Everyday We Move”
I produced this piece for Bard’s public awareness campaign for PAD, Peripheral Arterial Disease. With a limited budget and a need for very diverse demographics and locations, this became an exercise of what you can do with stock imagery and video to supplement material I shot. I handled the editorial duties on this project and worked with Super77 for the closing motion graphics. Circa Audio provided record and mix. VO is Dan Costello.
Playboy “Denim Hunter”
I handled editorial duties on this web video directed and shot by Cory Piehowicz. Cory was commissioned by Playboy to shoot stills and shoot and direct this web video to accompany an article in the magazine.
CareSource “Just4Me”
CareSource needed a web video introducing their offering for the Health Insurance Marketplace. With a limited budget and the need to cover a broad range of demographics, I used all stock video clips to produce this piece. It was a fun exercise exploring what is possible with stock clips.
Cook “APAC Intro”
This video was designed to be used as a trade show booth loop, meeting opener and Web video targeted to the Asia-Pacific markets. I produced this piece for Cook Medical as part of a larger project to help develop a brand look and feel for their video presentations. We produced stills and video in the US, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Shanghai to build an assets library for this and continued use. We also produced a versatile score that may be remixed for a variety uses along with a motion graphics package. It was finished both in an English and a Chinese version.
Cook “Enabling Expertise”
This video was designed to be a meeting opener and general intro targeted to the Asia-Pacific markets. I produced this piece for Cook Medical as part of a larger project to help develop a brand look and feel for their video presentations. We did still and video production in the US, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Shanghai to build an assets library for this and continued use. Humana “Hello Humana”
This video has always been a favorite of mine. I’ve collected postcards and maps since I was a kid, so when Humana came to us for a video announcing their milestone of having products in all 50 states, it wasn’t hard to figure out the rest. Which is a good thing, because we had to turn it around in three weeks, including all the interviews from around the country. The song was co-written by the Finelight creative team and Allen DiCenzo of Circa Music, the motion graphics were provided by Leftchannel and I produced for Finelight.
Metropolitan Jewish Health System “One Joy”
Shirley MacLaine’s VO gives this fundraising film an extra emotional lift and brought her to tears while recording the poem “One Joy” that provides the piece its central theme. We found the poem, written by Abe Ticknor, a retired NYPD policeman and resident of the nursing home, while scouting for locations and a story line for the video. Geno Salvatori was director/cameraman, as well as editor, on this project. I produced this for Finelight.
Finelight “Branding Shoot”
This video is of a a still shoot for an agency branding effort for Finelight. Creative Director, Anne Goetz, and her team came up with a fashion-based look for the agency ad we went all in working with NY based photographer Henry Leutwyler. We established a look at this shoot that we carried through a series of still and video shoots with all agency staff that was a lot of fun and a great campaign. This video was edited by Dan Gaddie working with footage he shot along with documentary stills from Lily Wilker and myself.
Finelight “Extraordinary Moments”
Neal Daunhauer, Creative Director at Finelight, came to Colelli Productions with a proposition to help the agency go after healthcare clients. I orchestrated a partnership with Colelli Productions and a number of other vendors to create a creative pitch video that generated work for years, both for the agency and the vendors involved. Directed by Ralph Colelli, score by Circa Music and post by Scofield Editorial. Voice over written and directed by Mike Hawkins. I produced this for Finelight while at Colelli Productions.
St. Francis “Greg’s Story”
Greg was a great storyteller and Mark Burson did an excellent job directing him. This web video was part of a combined broadcast, web and print campaign I produced for Finelight.
